Nothing career-focussed for this week’s introduction folks.
It’s starting to get particularly cold on this side of the planet, which means that it’s a great chance for us to buy a few less coffees this week and donate to a homeless charity.
They’d really appreciate it, and with inequality on the rise, it’s much needed.

❶ How our system revenges rest
This article is a bit of a deep existential cut into how the only way we can truly be effective as employees is if we were all…robots. Although this isn’t necessarily surprising, what is is that we’re all doing it, and our liberal intentions are probably having the opposite effect – a lack of inclusion.

A series on friendship
This podcast series was recommended to my by a colleague, and I’ve checked a few of them out. I think you will all enjoy these – it’s a series about friendship in our modern lives, the intricacies of what it means to be friends, how to make them, and the new trend of going to therapy with your friends (yeah!).
