💡Think
Are you familiar with the Dunbar Effect? It’s a theory which places a number on the amount of relationships we can maintain at one time.
5 is apparently our limit for best friends, 15 good friends, 50 friends, and 150 acquaintances. Does this sound about right?
What about as we’re all inside and restricted by digital-only friendships? Have you noticed those numbers change?
I’ve certainly spent less time speaking with previously defined “close friends”, and more time talking with industry peers, which may align with my own goals but also definitely something to note.
What about you – do you talk to the same people you did a year ago?

❶ Inclusive design requires action, not just intention
With 15% of the world falling under the (way too broad) category of “disabled” it’s bonkers that the products we use on a daily basis aren’t set up to allow these people to thrive. The question we need to ask though, is what drives a person to want to own not just one industry, but every industry? So in order for us all to feel a little less left out, this article take a strong look at what it means, why we’ll use it, and what’s in store for us.
