As we juggle work, relationships, family, friendships, and everything else right now, we will ultimately sacrifice the quality of one or more of these things as we commit to more than we can handle.
The trick is to working out which one of these commitments is rubber, bouncing back when they fall, and which ones are glass, destined to smash.

Even the headline of this one hits hard. We have so many methods of communicating with one another now, that itâs impossible to track firstly where to start and secondly where we mentioned that specific action weâre now desperately searching for across 3 or 4 platforms.

â· Weâre all stuck inside social media
I may be wrong, but Iâm quite sure we all have a love-hate relationship with social media. It brings out the worst in people, but can provide us the entertainment we need to get through the day. Weâre stuck, and no one knows how to get out or fix it. The platforms themselves are stuck. Without us, they wouldânt survive, but with us they are struggling to maintain a democratically balanced discussion. What a pickle.

âž Everyone is multitasking in video meetings
Come on, admit it, youâre doing other stuff during your meetings at the moment arenât you; we all are. There is a sweet spot of anti-distraction though, and thatâs seemingly the sub 20 minute meeting. This is something I can get behind.
